Fundraising at EBJ

Tuition alone does not cover all the costs of child care. Fund raising helps. A portion of EBJ families benefit from the scholarship funds that fund raising events and mailings provide. Classrooms receive special funds for extra activities. Staff expenditures for professional development can also be helped by funds from EBJ events.

The Fund Raising Committee plans on continuing some of the more traditional and long standing events and is always open to new ideas. There have been in the past - tag sales, musical events, food sales, and a variety of small successes at raising money for scholarship, equipment, and special programs.  It is important that families support the committee whole-heartedly - through working on the events, purchasing the offerings, and marketing to friends, family, and neighbors.

10,000 Villages Holiday Sale                     Sunday December 7, 2008

This downtown New Haven store offers 10% of all its sales to EBJ in return for working as salespeople for the day. Excellent shop with handicrafts from all over the world for unique holiday gift givings. Join us for shopping and sweet treats!!!! We make a very special 10,000 Village Cookie for sampling.
