Groups

EBJ enrolls children from 3 months to 5 years in four classrooms every September. Children stay together as a group for 12 months. Those eligible by age can move to the next group every following September.

Ones Group
3 months old and older
8 children/3 teachers

Twos Group
22 months and older
8 children/3 teachers

Preschool I
2 years, 9 months and older
12 children/2.5 teachers

Preschool II
3 years, 6 months and older 
12 children/2 teachers

Hours

8:15 AM TO 5:15 PM  Monday through Friday  Full 12 month Program
A limited early morning drop-off is available with a 24 hour notice.

Scholarship

The program offers financial assistance to eligible EBJ families each year.  Scholarships granted are for full time spaces only and are not automatically renewable. Families must apply each year and submit the appropriate documentation of income. All applicants shall be considered individually and without regard to religion, race, sex, or national origin. EBJ is also part of the New Haven School Readiness Grant and accepts Connecticut Care4Kids.

State of CT - Physical Examination Form

All children enrolled in the program must have documentation of a yearly physical examination with all appropriate immunizations required by the State of CT.

Fee Schedule 2009-2010

Families make a 12 month commitment to enrollment. Tuition is divided into 12 equal payments. Children are enrolled Monday through Friday, Monday/Wednesday/Fridays, or Tuesday/Thursdays.
